MARSH APPOINTS WILLIAM CORRIGAN CFO OF
MARSH & McLENNAN AGENCY

New York, May 28, 2009 — Marsh today announced the appointment of William Corrigan as CFO of Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC, the Marsh unit dedicated to serving the insurance needs of small to middle market U.S. organizations.

William Corrigan Photo Mr. Corrigan, who reports to David L. Eslick, chairman and chief executive officer of Marsh & McLennan Agency, joins the firm from Kinloch Holdings Inc, where he had been CFO for the past two years. He has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and financial management, serving in senior roles in corporate finance and operations with Willis in North America, the UK, and Asia. He also has held management consulting positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers. An Associate Chartered Management Accountant, he earned a B.A. Degree in Business Studies from Caledonian University, Glasgow, Scotland.
